Room is okay. They provide coffee (espresso-based) in the breakfast buffet.

We recently stayed at this nice hotel and had an excellent experience! The staff, especially Abdullah, Akbar, Tashia, and Anisa, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The facilities were great, and we particularly enjoyed the comfortable rooms. There is a medium size mall next to the hotel. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. Highly recommended!

The location is right next to the JORR so the traffic never stops flowing and also the MRT as well. The hotel is well sound proofed so its all ok. Our room looked south so we had terrific views of the mountains to the south of Jakarta. The staff everywhere were really helpful. The parking whilst difficult was organised. Someone came to the room to ask if everything was ok and it was. The room service was very good. Bed so nice and the smell of the room was very nice.

Location is strategic to MRT station, and several shopping area. I was staying there because the hotel close to hospital, where my fam member was taking care of.

The hotel is clean, close to a shopping qmall and there was always a taxi standby. Staff is very friendly and the look of the hotel looks great!

the services were excellent! the staff were kind and very helpful. From the lobby to the bedroom were clean and smell fresh. the location was great, served the purpose of the reason of my visit. the mall is right nextdoor, and has Diamond (used to be Giant) supermarket, that I get to find some necessities during my stay (also have ATMs). will definitely recommend it to friends.

The hotel is located closed to MRT station which is one of the benefits.

The breakfast was great with lots of choice. I'm very glad I decided to take breakfast as it kept me going when I was visiting my husband in hospital. I've been so happy with my choice that I have extended my stay.

the breakfast was good but not many choices. the portion was too small until the waiters had to refill it few times
