Swiss-Belinn Simatupang

A reasonably priced hotel in a less-than-ideal location. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds.

Overall stay was good!! Staff members were friendly and good service!! Rooms are clean ! Located near to super market and food court so its a plus point!

Food arrangement and selection are good; toaster was problematic when I used it, turned out to be mis-positioned (facing backward and problem of electricity connection); I called staff three times;

The location is right next to the JORR so the traffic never stops flowing and also the MRT as well. The hotel is well sound proofed so its all ok. Our room looked south so we had terrific views of the mountains to the south of Jakarta. The staff everywhere were really helpful. The parking whilst difficult was organised. Someone came to the room to ask if everything was ok and it was. The room service was very good. Bed so nice and the smell of the room was very nice.
