Swiss-Belinn Simatupang

We recently stayed at this nice hotel and had an excellent experience! The staff, especially Abdullah, Akbar, Tashia, and Anisa, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The facilities were great, and we particularly enjoyed the comfortable rooms. There is a medium size mall next to the hotel. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. Highly recommended!

Location is strategic to MRT station, and several shopping area. I was staying there because the hotel close to hospital, where my fam member was taking care of.

the services were excellent! the staff were kind and very helpful. From the lobby to the bedroom were clean and smell fresh. the location was great, served the purpose of the reason of my visit. the mall is right nextdoor, and has Diamond (used to be Giant) supermarket, that I get to find some necessities during my stay (also have ATMs). will definitely recommend it to friends.

The hotel is located closed to MRT station which is one of the benefits.

the breakfast was good but not many choices. the portion was too small until the waiters had to refill it few times
